Imagine Peak, LLC dba Imagine Peak Studios, the operator of Realty Wave ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Realty Wave website, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Realty Wave is a website. There are no accounts and no sign-in. We collect only what you send us through the contact form:
- Name and email address, so we can reply to you
- The reason you are getting in touch, such as discussing a listing or joining the waitlist
- Your message, which may include a listing link and details about a property
- Your consent to updates, if you join the waitlist: the time you agreed and the wording you agreed to
Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting how often a form can be sent.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your message and discuss a listing or project with you
- To email you about self-serve access and product updates, only if you joined the waitlist and agreed to receive them
- To keep the site secure and working
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site
- We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join
4. Data Storage and Infrastructure
This site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and stores contact form submissions in a database in the United States. Emails are sent through Resend. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
5. Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure.
6. Data Retention
We keep your message for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any project that follows. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@realtywave.ai. Every update email includes a link to unsubscribe.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Security Measures
Submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored submissions is limited to the people who run Realty Wave.
10. Changes to This Policy
When we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
