Listings, videos and briefs shown on this site are examples of our work, shown with the permission of the agent involved. They are not offers to sell any property. Interiors may show builder model homes, and features, finishes, views and availability vary. Drive times are approximate. Contact the listing agent for current details.
4. AI-Assisted Production
Our videos are AI-assisted and human-directed. Hosts who appear in them are AI hosts, and every video says so. Any resemblance of an AI host to a real person is coincidental.
5. Intellectual Property
The Realty Wave name, logo, site design and the videos and briefs shown here belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, re-publish or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the contact form, send unlawful or harmful content, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
7. Production Projects
Any production work, including its scope, price, timing and rights, is agreed separately in writing before it begins. These Terms do not cover a production project.
